In 2019, ten-year UAE golden visas were announced for select residents. Exactly as it sounds, if you have a UAE golden visa, you
have residency in the UAE for 10 years. This residency is not tied to a particular employer and doesn’t need to be renewed every two to three years. Result.

Documents Requirements
- Holding a certificate degree from the university
- Holding a certificate degree from the university (Attested from MOFA265)
- Minimum 6 Months in the Current Company.
- Valid work contract
- Salary not less than AED 30,000
- Visa copy
- NOC from current employer
- Emirates ID
- Last 3 visas in the UAE
- Personal photo
- Equivalency certificate from the Ministry of Education
- Valid Medical Insurance

Notes:
– Additional documents would be required, in case insisted by the authority
– In case if the applicant is already sponsoring dependents, their visa will remain as it is. The applicant or dependents cannot travel during the final visa process (from pre-approval until issuance of the golden residency)
– Dependents can cancel the current residence visa & apply for a Golden visa once the Sponsor’s visa process is completed or upon their current visa expiry.
– The cost of the Dependent’s golden visa will be AED 15,500/- per dependent (inclusive of all authority fees & professional fees)
