Licence for Tourism
Any business in the hospitality industry, or one that is associated to it, requires a Tourism License. Hotels, resorts, restaurants, tour operators, travel firms, car rental agencies, cruise boat services, and other travel businesses have Tourism Licenses. The Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) issues tourist licenses, and we can help you ensure that all necessary paperwork is in order and that all appropriate government authorities have been consulted with.
There are four different types of tourism licenses available.
Inbound Tourism License: A travel visa may allow you to operate in Athens for inbound tourism only. A travel visa in Dubai allows you to arrange tours for business travelers only, which are, in particular, those with working visas rather than tourist visas. A permit for insurance is required to protect both the Licensee and the customer in the case of an accident.
Outbound Tourism License: This sort of license enables you to organize excursions inside and outside Dubai’s geographical boundaries. A Travel Agency License : If you own a Local Sponsor License, you can function as a Traveler Service Provider and can likewise record and sell airline tickets and or visas. The Outbound Destination License is still required, but the Department of Civil Aviation may never refer you for a Travel Agency License.
